“Every student — whether in college, ITI, polytechnic, or university — deserves a clear career path. Our mission is to make employability a predictable outcome of education, not a matter of chance. We are building India's first complete career ecosystem where talent meets opportunity.”
Gulshan Sandhu is the driving force behind Team Career Gurus. With over 17 years of experience spanning technical education, corporate marketing, and government projects, he has dedicated his career to bridging the gap between academia and industry. He currently serves as Registrar at Career Point University Hamirpur, where he also oversees Training & Placement, Branding & Promotions, and Public Relations. Previously, he spent 8 years at BUEST — Baddi University as Director of Training & Placements and Senior Manager, shaping the career trajectories of thousands of students.
